1. Who we are
VibeSoft Studio (“we”, “our”, or “us”) develops software products, websites, web apps, and mobile apps for users and customers. We are based in the Netherlands and operate from Kronenland 1116, 6605 RN, Wijchen, Netherlands.
If you have questions about this policy, please contact us at info@vibesoftstudio.com.
2. Information we collect
We may collect personal information when you use our website, web apps, or mobile apps, including:
- Contact data such as your name, email address, and phone number when you contact us or create an account.
- Account and profile information you provide in our products, including login details and preferences.
- Usage data such as pages visited, features used, session duration, performance logs, and error reports.
- Device and technical data such as device type, operating system, browser version, language, app version, IP address, and mobile identifiers.
- Location data when you choose to enable it in a mobile app or when required for functionality or security.
- Payment and transaction data where relevant to a paid service, handled only as needed to deliver the service.
We also collect information through cookies, analytics tools, and similar technologies used to improve product quality, security, and user experience across our web apps and mobile apps.
3. How we use your information
We use personal data to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our website, web apps, and mobile apps.
- Respond to support requests and customer communications.
- Operate accounts, subscriptions, and user authentication.
- Monitor performance, diagnose issues, and protect against fraud or abuse.
- Analyse usage patterns to improve functionality and develop new features.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and policies.
4. Sharing and disclosure
We may share personal information with trusted service providers that help us operate our services, such as hosting, analytics, support tools, customer communication, and security monitoring. These parties process data only under our instructions and for the stated purposes.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights, safety, or security, or to respond to legal process or government requests.
We do not sell personal data.
5. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies on our website and web applications to remember preferences, improve performance, enable security features, and measure usage. You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Some features may not work correctly if cookies are disabled.
When you first visit our website we show a cookie banner with an Accept and a Decline button. Until you choose, we set no analytics or advertising cookies. Your choice is stored on your own device in browser storage, under the name vibesoft.cookieConsent, and is not sent to us.
We use Google Tag Manager to load and manage the measurement tags on our website. Tag Manager itself does not set analytics or advertising cookies. It loads on every page so that your choice can be applied to the tags it manages, and in doing so your IP address and browser details are sent to Google as part of the request for the script.
Tag Manager runs with Google Consent Mode. Before it loads, we record analytics storage, advertising storage, advertising user data, advertising personalisation, functionality storage, and personalisation storage as denied. Tags that respect this signal will not read or write those cookies while the setting is denied. If you press Accept, we update the analytics and advertising categories to granted. If you press Decline, they stay denied.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website, such as pages viewed and session duration. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects usage and device data as described in this policy. It is loaded only after you accept, so declining means it is never requested by your browser. You can also opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by adjusting your cookie preferences in your browser.
Some services may also use advertising-related technologies, depending on the product and configuration. We aim to minimise tracking and use only the data necessary to operate our services effectively. Advertising in our apps and websites is described in detail in section 6 below.
6. Advertising and advertising identifiers
Some of our apps and websites are supported by advertising. Where that is the case, we use Google services to deliver those ads:
- Google AdMob in our Android mobile apps.
- Google AdSense on our websites and desktop web apps.
To serve, measure, and limit the repetition of ads, Google may collect and process the Advertising ID of your device (on Android, the Google Advertising ID), along with technical and usage data such as IP address, device type, operating system, general location derived from IP address, and interactions with ads. Google acts as an independent controller for this processing. You can read how Google uses this data in Google's privacy and terms.
Our Android apps declare the com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID permission so that this identifier can be accessed for advertising purposes. You can reset or delete your Advertising ID at any time in your device settings under Settings, then Google, then Ads. Deleting the identifier prevents apps from using it to build an advertising profile.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or a regulated United States state, we present a consent message through Google's User Messaging Platform before personalised advertising is enabled. You can change your choice at any time from the app's Settings panel, under the ad privacy options entry. Where you decline consent, we do not enable personalised advertising.
Our apps that show ads also offer a one-time in-app purchase that removes advertising entirely. Where you buy it, no further ad requests are made from your device.
Withdrawing your advertising consent
You can withdraw your consent to personalised advertising at any time, and doing so is as easy as giving it.
- In our Android apps: open the Settings panel and choose Ad privacy options. The consent message is shown again so you can change or withdraw your choice.
- On our websites and desktop web apps: clear this site's stored data in your browser, which removes the saved preference (
vibesoft.cookieConsent) and causes the consent banner to appear again on your next visit, so you can choose differently. - By email: if you cannot reach either control, contact us at info@vibesoftstudio.com and we will help you withdraw consent.
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before you withdrew it. After withdrawal we do not enable personalised advertising for you.
7. Bubble News
Bubble News is a news aggregator. It displays headlines published by independent news organisations and links back to the original publisher for the full article. We do not host, rewrite, or translate the articles themselves, and we are not the publisher of that content.
Bubble News does not require an account and does not ask you to register. Your preferences, such as the selected category, content language, theme, and saved articles, are stored locally on your own device using browser or app storage. They are not transmitted to us and we cannot read them.
Our servers fetch public RSS feeds from news publishers and cache the results so that the app loads quickly. This caching is not specific to any individual user. When you tap through to read a full article, you leave Bubble News and the publisher's own privacy policy applies to that visit.
Bubble News shows advertising as described in section 6, and offers the one-time purchase to remove it.
8. Payments
Purchases made in our Android apps are processed by Google Play Billing. Purchases made on our websites and desktop web apps are processed by Stripe. Both act as independent processors of your payment details.
We never receive or store your full card number. We retain only the limited transaction information needed to confirm your purchase, provide support, honour refunds, and meet accounting and tax obligations.
9. Children
Our apps and websites are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal data from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. No system is completely immune from risk, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Data retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When no longer needed, we delete or anonymise the data in a secure manner where possible.
12. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, as well as the right to data portability. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis for processing.
To exercise these rights, please contact us at info@vibesoftstudio.com. We will respond in line with applicable law.
13. International transfers
We may process personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) where necessary to provide services or support infrastructure. When doing so, we use appropriate safeguards to protect personal data, including contractual mechanisms and standard data protection measures.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, laws, or business practices. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
